With the end of the semester fast approaching, it thought it would be nice to share one of my favorites activities to do during the Spring Semester. That activity is, travelling to the beach and spending all day viewing the ocean. With finals on everyone’s mind, I figured this would be the best time to remind everyone to stay calm and relax as they will be over before you know it. Also, the main key to success is to have fun these last few weeks while you still can!

With Spring break fast approaching, it means we are officially half-way done with the Spring 2019 semester here at Stockton University. With that being said, I am also half-way done with my first semester being a Resident Assistant. I was lucky enough to be hired from the waitlist over winter break, in which I found out I would be joining the Housing 3 complex located on the Freshmen side of campus. Over these last few months I have been able to be a part of many activities, some better than others, in which I have been able to reflect upon from time to time. I figure I share these thoughts to others who might follow my steps in being a Mid-year hire as a RA!
In honor of the Polar Vortex that swept the nation last week, I decided to show you all the true beauty of Lake Fred during the Winter season! This picture taken in December was just after a snowstorm hit South Jersey in which I couldn’t help but admire the beauty of the fresh snow-covered Earth. Plus, I had to enjoy this natural beauty because it is a rare occurrence for snow in South Jersey! Hopefully everyone is safe and warm during this artic weather, and here’s to more beautiful nature photographs to come!
**Do not walk across Lake Fred even if it appears frozen. It is incredibly dangerous. Hello everyone! My name is Justin Garrison, a second-semester Junior here at Stockton University! Currently, I am majoring in Environmental Studies with a minor in Marine Sciences. Recently I have been given the honor of becoming a Resident Assistant on the Freshmen side of campus (Housing 3). In fact, this is my first semester being a RA! With that being said, in order to kick off my career as a RA, I am here to tell you what I believe Stockton University is a wonderful campus to live and study at!
